falling into a world where my flip flops are not holding me up.
“Alexis, my daughter, is taking a class in Black and White Photography at TCC.
She uses her grandpa’s manual camera that takes black and white film .
She usually has an idea where she wants to start her projects.
The pictures taken but not seen(not digital!)
Allie takes the film back to the lab.”
She has the painstaking job of developing them from scratch.
Mistakes can happen
Film can be finicky
Lighting either too dark or too light!
Shutter too slow or too fast
A day with a blank roll of film
Life is its paper.
Have you have ever had a Polaroid and shook it to make the picture develop faster?
It feels like a typical day for me…… always eager to see whats in the picture.
